Shipping policy

All furniture is made to order with a delivery time of approximately 6 to 10 weeks,
including transit time. Transit time may vary depending on your location. Contact us to
confirm your delivery time. Once payment is submitted, orders cannot be cancelled,
refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as
payment is received. Please check your order details before purchasing. Our shipments
are insured, please, as soon as you receive the item, check it and check that the
packaging has not been damaged, in case of detecting any damage, write it down on the
delivery note and contact us immediately. In all cases, the products must be unpacked
the same day of arrival to check if there is any breakage due to mishandling by the
carrier in order to make the corresponding claim. For insurance procedures we must
send all the information of the case, you must send us photos of the damage and the
packaging, as well as keep the packaging. We will resolve any issues as quickly and
efficiently as possible. The customer is not responsible for shipping charges for

returning damaged items or replacements. Customs and import taxes: Buyers are
responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for
delays due to customs clearance.
